Fresh, lively, racy.
La Cana hails from the Val do Salnes and was fermented in large format oak and aged in oak and tank with bi-weekly stirring of the lees.
Here honey blossoms and white peaches, honeydew melon and white cherries dominate the nose. It is youthful and extremely fresh; wet stone, peach and lively citrus flavours linger across a racy finish.
